Most of our packages are dispatched a day later after the order is placed on our website. You can look forward to your package in 3 to 5 business days depending on the location where you want it delivered.

You do need an account to order but its a super simple process, all you have to do is enter your email address your number and a passcode to keep your information safe. This is a one time process and your information is safe with us. You can access this information every time you place an order.

Are Your Items Sent In Fragile Boxes?

We use fragile boxes and special care procedures are put in place for certain items that can break during shipping. Other than those our items are sent in normal packages.

All of our items have to pass a quality control test before they are dispatched, we do everything in our power to make sure that the product that you receive is in the best shape possible and will last a long period of time.

Most lights have different lifespans as most of these items are made by different manufactures, the average lifespan of our lights is approximately 40000-60000 hours.
